The wine and citrus fruits good for softening, even with little time to marinate. Bake gently for hours of meat.
I do not know what part of the animal are steaks, steaks, loins, but it would be nice if stewed in red wine with onions and bacon sautéed in fat and serves a side of egg noodles in Nice.
