Whats the difference between MS Accountancy and Masters of Accounting? - what is the difference between ms and guillain barre

So, what is the difference between an MS / Acccountancy and a Masters Degree in Accounting? I have seen in other schools that site MS / Accounting intensive in terms of the number of required classes, but teachers of accounting was technically an MBA from the school has no plans for a master's accounts, so I'm not sure what the difference is real. Or is it still really a "Masters of Accounting", but an MBA is more of a concentration of accounting?
